• Eligibility & Category
  The tournament is an open category, welcoming both rated and unrated players.

• Tournament Format
  The event will follow the FIDE Rapid Time Control and Pairing System.

• Fair Play Regulations
  All participants must adhere to FIDE and AICF fair play standards. Any violation will result in immediate disqualification.

• Participation Requirements

  • A valid FIDE ID is mandatory to participate.

  • Unrated players may create and obtain a FIDE ID before the event.

  • Registrations will be accepted strictly on a first-come, first-serve basis until slots are filled.

• General Instructions

  • Players must carry their FIDE ID card or valid government ID proof on the event day.

  • All participants are expected to maintain tournament discipline and sportsmanship at all times.

  • Decisions of the organizers and arbiters will be final and binding in all matters.

• Entry Fee Policy

  • The entry fee for the Zemo Chessnuts Series 2025 – FIDE Rapid Rating Tournament is non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Participants are advised to confirm their availability before completing payment.

• Event Cancellation or Postponement

  • If the tournament is cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances such as government restrictions, natural calamities, or force majeure events, the full entry fee will be refunded.

  • In case of postponement, all registrations will be automatically carried forward to the new tournament date.

  • If a player is unable to attend on the rescheduled date, they may request a refund within 7 working days of the official announcement. Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days via the original payment method.

  • In all other cases, no refunds will be provided.

• Giveaways, contest, etc.
  • If any giveaway, contest, etc. is conducted, it would be outsourced by a third-party and no official bodies/organizers/partners of this event are responsible for their binding and final decision (including and not limited to disqualification of entries on any grounds, the scrapping of the whole giveaway/contest campaigns, etc.)

• Data Sharing & Privacy
  By registering, you agree that the information submitted on this website may be shared with and/or processed by Zemo (organizer) and its authorized partners, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
